Located in Yoder Wy, this property offers over 1000 acres of private and public land in area 34. A reservoir is located on the land and corn is being grown which will likely be tall during the season. Antelope can be seen bedded down as there are tons of places on this property. With water sources and food nearby, this property is great for holding antelope! All hunters must abide by Wyoming state rules and regulations. Be sure to bring all tags, licenses and anything else necessary to abide by those rules. IO payment process is as follows: A reservation fee that is non-refundable. Bookings will not be accepted until after the resident draw results are posted. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will be processed two weeks after licenses are awarded, otherwise it will be processed at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will process one month prior to your arrival on the property to hunt.

This property is primarily agricultural land providing food water and cover for game. With lots of open land nearby you are likely to find antelope taking advantage of these resources and little pressure due to this land's location.

Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
