Notes from the landowner

Fourmile Yak Ranch is located in GMU 50, just south of Fairplay, CO. It consists of 400 acres of quality pronghorn country. With Fourmile Creek running through the middle, surrounding private ground, and an access point to an additional 1700 acres of BLM, this property is ideal for fall antelope. Hunts on this property will be sold in 3-day chunks. The day you book will automatically be valid for the following two as well. This is a DIY antelope property, though guided hunt options are available through a separate company. Reach out to an Infinite Outdoors team member to hear about those options. Also contact Infinite Outdoors about a possible land voucher if needed. Foot traffic only on this property, the use of vehicles will not be permitted. IO payment process is as follows: A reservation fee that is non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process two weeks after the Colorado limited license draw results are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and they will proceed with you accordingly. The remaining 50% will be processed 48 hours prior to your arrival on the property.

Game and habitat information

The high plains of south park Colorado provide great habitat for large numbers of antelope. With an abundance of food sources, bedding areas and cover, along with limited public pressure, pronghorn numbers and size are very good. Agriculture fields provide protein rich food year-round which helps produce good species abundance. Look for pronghorn to feed in agriculture fields and utilize small drainages or creek bottoms for travel and bedding, especially as pressure increases during hunting seasons. This area is great for mid-trophy size bucks and doe hunts.

Availability

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All big game hunts may be pre-booked for future seasons; reach out to IO to inquire.

Trespassing

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.

Please read the Terms of Service before fully booking your adventure. Otherwise, Refunds are only permitted at the discretion of Infinite Outdoors. This is only in conjunction with particular situations including, but not limited to, modifications to reservation (usually by a reduction in reserved days) or full cancellation of any Infinite Outdoors adventure, either hunting or fishing. No refunds will be permitted, in ANY case, if the individual(s) broke any of Infinite Outdoors Rules or Policies as set out by the Infinite Outdoors team, and each individual Landowner.

Non hunters require prior approval. Once approved they must still be IO members but may be subject to reduced price or free outdoorsman fee. If this applies to you, please reach out to IO.
