Notes from the landowner

This property will be closed for the entirety of the 2024/25 upland bird season. The pheasant population has been decimated in years past and needs time to rebuild. Likewise, the quail population is on the rise, and is in need of 1 more year to be at a point where it can be hunted.

Located just outside of Seneca KS, this property offers close to 900 acres of private land, Pheasant hunting. Tucked into seclusion, this Midwest property offers great hunting. With a creek running through a good majority of the property, open fields and tree rows, chances are great. The pheasant population in this area is supplemented from year to year, meaning hunters can anticipate running into a good number of birds. Hunters must abide by all Kansas State hunting regulations and rules including permits. Hunters need to bring all things necessary for this hunt including all tags, permits and licenses required.

Game and habitat information

This 900 acre property consists of a creek followed by thick tree cover, open grasslands, and agricultural lands, providing excellent habitat for upland game. This property is home to a healthy population of wild pheasants with the added bonus of pin-raised birds supplementing the population, together making a great pheasant hunting experience.

Availability

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged from contacting Infinite Outdoors. Some landowners have not opened their land for reservations yet. The other reason properties might be unavailable is because we work directly with our landowners and hunts are booked by quota set by our biologist for the current year. That being said, we are willing, and able in most cases, to pre-book you for next season. OR book you in place of someone else canceling their reservation.

Trespassing

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.

Yes, each active hunter must be a current IO member and pay an outdoorsman fee.
Yes, they must be a current IO member. Monthly memberships are available at a lower cost. An outdoorsman fee will not be charged, but any 'non-hunter' found hunting will be fined.
