1698 ft.Kansas Honey Hole includes roughly 820 acres of private land located just outside of the town of Osborne, KS. There is a predominant population of quail in this area, with the occasional ringneck pheasant being found as well. There are plenty of crops in the area to support a large number of birds, and the thick cover of grasslands on the southern portion of the property allows birds a spot to roost. Bringing a good bird dog is encouraged. Make sure to check Kansas state hunting regulations as well as bring all necessary licenses, tags etc. Hunters are able to set up a camp on site. For additional cost, hunters can haul and park a camper on site, or have a weatherproof indoor facility to set up camp. A guide may be provided for additional cost but is subject to availability. Reach out to Infinite Outdoors with questions about camping or a guide.
This 820 acre property consists on open grass lands, agriculture land and strips of thick cover. This habitat is great for bird hunting and bird population with a good amount of cover food and water. This property holds a perdominate population of quail as well as a hand full of ringneck phesants.
Drivers should stay under 15 MPH on private roads. Violators will be subject to fines starting at $100

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released.
You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
