Mallard, TealThis property in Yoder Wy, includes 12 acres of pristine duck hunting. Although there are no blinds set up, there is plenty of brush to make a brush blind if hunters choose to do so. With this property, hunters can enjoy setting up shop and hunt or choose to walk along the horse creek in attempt to jump shoot ducks along the creek. All hunter must have proper licenses and follow all Wyoming state regulations including limits. SPEEDING OVER 15mph ON PRIVATE ROADS WILL RESULT IN FINES.
Duck Creek West is located on Horse Creek positioned between agricultural land and unpressured private land. This property offers unique waterfowl hunting opportunities. Waterfowl will utilize this stretch of creek long into the waterfowl season. Horse creek will remain open from ice for a long period of time and offers excellent food sources along the creek's deceptively long path throughout this property. You are likely to find a variety of duck species along with the occasional dark goose. The creek offers some cover along the edges but layout blinds are recommended on this property. This creek in particular offers excellent food sources for waterfowl year round but migratory birds will most likely use this water source more heavily to obtain key sources of nutrients such as macroinvertebrates and aquatic vegetation in this nutrient habitat.
