Turkey Creek Deer - Archery

Turkey Creek Deer property offers roughly around 900 acres of Deer hunting located north of Seneca KS, on the Turkey Creek. Kansas is notorious year in and year out for producing trophy whitetails. With this property sitting on a water source, open agriculture fields and tree rows lining the creek, this would be a perfect property to find your own trophy deer. Hunters are asked to participate in managing the deer on this property, by only harvesting mature bucks. Any buck younger than 2 1/2 years old will result in a small fine, paid directly to the landowner. It is archery or muzzleloader only and will come with access to several different stands and tower blinds. Assistance in hauling deer off of the property can be provided, as well as a place to hang, skin and clean meat. Hunters must abide by Kansas state rules and regulations. Make sure to bring all tags, licenses, and permits necessary for the hunt.

This property, is located in Kansas's unit 9 near the border with Nebraska in an area known for trophy whitetail. The mix of creek bottoms, hardwoods and thickets, grasslands, and agriculture fields provide excellent habitat for deer throughout the season. Look for deer to travel the tree lines during the rut and feel in the adjacent ag fields throughout the year. This is a great place for an archery or muzzle loader hunt before rifle season begins.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and the situation will be handled accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt.

Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
