This beautiful string of broken land is perfect for any spot and stalk pronghorn hunter. Sure to attract lots of quality pronghorn, this property covers 1.263 acres of land south of Seibery, CO. Situated just inside GMU 115 with lots of agricultural lands for feed, a beautiful creek bed, and deep draws to get out of the wind, this property is sure to entice many large pronghorn. For a wonderful spot and stalk experience on some fantastic Coloradan antelope, Schutte Pronghorn is the property for you. The outdoorsman fee is set for a DIY hunt. If a hunter is unable to acquire their own license, IO may be able to provide them with a landowner voucher, directly from the landowner. IO payment process is as follows: A reservation fee that is non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the Colorado limited license draw results are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to Infinite Outdoors before that 2-week mark and they will proceed with you accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to your arrival on the property.
Game and habitat information
This 1,263 acre property has a creek bed, with agriculture lands consisting of some corn, as well as wheat. This property will hold a multitude of Pronghorn herds.

Hunters must cancel within 2 weeks after the draw results post. If deposit is made, we will push you to following year/season if possible.
Reservation fees are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the CO draw results post. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to your hunt.
Unit Draw Odds
If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All big game hunts may be pre-booked for future seasons; reach out to IO to inquire.
