4760 ftThis beautiful string of broken land is perfect for any spot and stalk pronghorn hunter. Sure to attract lots of quality pronghorn, this property covers 815 acres of land south of Seibert, CO. Situated just inside GMU 115 with agricultural lands for feed, a beautiful creek bed, and deep draws to get out of the wind, this property is sure to produce pronghorn. For a wonderful spot and stalk experience on some fantastic Coloradan antelope, 59 Grain Co is the property for you. The outdoorsman fee is set for a DIY hunt. IO payment process is as follows: A reservation fee that is non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the Colorado limited license draw results are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to Infinite Outdoors before that 2-week mark and they will proceed with you accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to your arrival on the property.
This 817-acre property has a creek bed, with rotated crop lands consisting of corn and wheat. The plains of eastern Colorado are notorious for their pronghorn numbers. Though trophy size does not typically exceed 75+ inches in eastern Colorado, hunters can expect to see many different bucks each day. This is a DIY hunt, so no guarantees of harvest are made, but you can be rest assured this property will receive minimal hunting pressure throughout the year, providing a 'safe' environment for game in the area.
