By booking this listing, you are booking the entire Pheasant Lodge clubhouse. this means you have access to all 3 bedrooms as well as the common area. The common area, which consists of a large sectional sofa, a TV, pool table, full kitchen and dining area, will be closed to additional guests during your stay. The common area and bed rooms are expected to be cleaned by hunters during and after your stay, and will only be deep cleaned once a week. Bedrooms will be cleaned in between each user's stay. Take note of the entry door code that is sent to you upon booking confirmation.

Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and cookware, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Lounge area with a pool table, ping pong table, couch and recliner. Plenty of seating at dining table, and a TV with cable.

Booked rooms will be private. The lounge area may be shared if another room is booked at the same time.
