Whitetail Ridge

This Southeastern Oklahoma property is home to big OK deer nearly year round. The property consists of nearly 170 acres of land put together in multiple adjacent plots. Hunters will have access to use several stands and/or blinds located on the property near feeders. Due to the rough country of this property, a 4WD vehicle is recommended. You will need to connect with the landowner prior to the arrival of your visit for any additional information about the property. Housing on site can be arranged for an extra cost. The owner also has a cooling trailer for processing purposes.

This unique property located in the heart of the San Bois Mountains in eastern OK is known for its large whitetails and dense timber. The thick cover throughout this area provides great habitat for whitetail deer throughout the year. Landowners see resident and transient deer in the 150-190" range during the season and rut. High populations of does create opportunities for mature bucks to frequent the area. Landowner shave provided multiple blinds over feeders for hunter to use. Hardwoods and open fields create good travel corridors for deer to travel to and from bedding, water and food sources.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and the situation will be handled accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt. If tags are OTC, first half deposit will be taken at the same time as the reservation.

Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.

If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All big game hunts may be pre-booked for future seasons; reach out to IO to inquire.

You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
