870Rodeo Ranch is a DIY pronghorn hunting property located north of Chugwater, WY just east of I-25. This property consists of right around 875 acres and borders thousands of acres of WY state land. This ranch sees a great population of pronghorn year after year. The open range and several water sources provide a fantastic home or resting stop for local game. A fully furnished and stocked lodge with meal prep service is also provided on this hunt, for the duration of your adventure. This is an operating cattle ranch and is subject to cattle operations at any time. This is a DIY opportunity, hunters must bring all gear needed. All attending parties must be members of Infinite Outdoors to access this property legally. Hunters: please be prepared to return the landowner coupon on your license to this landowner. Check the rules and regs section upon booking to learn where to send the coupon.
Rodeo Ranch sits in the northeastern section of the state along I-25. Area 34 is known for having exceptional Pronghorn habitat. This particular property will consist of agriculture areas as well as sage flats and provides everything needed for Pronghorn to be around. Generally speaking, Pronghorn will be more active during the mornings before bedding in the heat of the day. Then after bedding, they will be more active in the evenings when it is cooler. Rut activity can pick up during late September and early October.
After your hunt, you will be sent an automated Harvest Report. To assist Infinite Outdoors in maintaining the quality of properties - and continue to put conservation at the forefront - we require that the harvest report be completely filled out and returned. Failure to fill out the harvest report within 2 weeks of the hunt taking place will result in a $25 fine. If you are unsuccessful in filling your tag, Infinite Outdoors still needs to have that information provided to them. This is how we will make changes to future year's harvest quotas and continue to be the most well managed access and conservation platform in the country.
If you are successful in harvesting an animal on this property, as a request of the landowners you must send in the Landowner Coupon that is attached to your big game license. Any hunter who successfully fills their tag but fails to return the landowner coupon will receive a $25 fine. This will be issued to the landowner in lieu of the money they would have received from the state through the landowner coupon program. The Harvest Report (noted above) is how you will notify Infinite Outdoors of your hunt results. Unsuccessful hunters are not required to return a coupon. The additional income driven through landowner coupons is a great way to continue incentivizing landowners to allow access to their land - we ask for your help in this endeavor, to keep quality access available at the touch of a button. 5 days. By booking the first day of your adventure, you are automatically booking the following 4 as well. The reservation will be for the entire timeframe, and your entire group.

Reservation fees are due at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 50% of the outdoorsman fee will process 2 weeks after the draw results in this state are posted. If you are unsuccessful in the draw, reach out to IO and the situation will be handled accordingly. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt. All OTC hunts will require a 50% deposit of the outdoorsman fee at the time of booking as well. The remaining 50% will process 1 month prior to the hunt.
Cancellations made prior to placing a deposit will be taken care of immediately. Any cancellations needing made after placing a deposit will result in attempts to reschedule the hunt for a different season, or a different year. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed.
If there is a lapse in availability, please do not be discouraged to reach out to IO. All calendars are set and managed by landowners, and unavailability is set by them. However, IO is willing to reach out on your behalf, to check on available dates. Other reasons for unavailable dates include biologist recommended hunter/harvest quotas that landowners implement, as well as state season dates not being released. All big game hunts may be pre-booked for future seasons; reach out to IO to inquire.
You are not legally allowed to access the property, for any adventure, prior to your selected access day. If you try to access the property at all before your selected date(s), without prior approval from IO, you will be subject to trespassing and punishments therein.
Hunters may also bring their horses for an extra fee to ride the ranch. Cook out dinners available on the ranch.
