Infinite Outdoors is a membership-based platform for booking private hunting and fishing access by the day, without a long-term lease. They have both a website and app platform that allows you to view and book their property listings. The primary membership, called Access+ ($59.99/year) allows outdoorsmen to reserve hundreds of private land listings covering more than 2 million acres across the country, with the deepest selection in Colorado and Wyoming. Its Access Granted program also opens reserved routes across private land to reach landlocked public land for free.
In practice it comes down to these few moves: download the app, get a free trial, search the listings, book the dates you want, and hunt or fish under that property's rules. No season contract, and no knocking on doors.
We build Infinite Outdoors to solve a problem. It was hard to get access to private land without a year long lease or knowing someone with land. Plus if you did get access you had no idea what kind of shape it was in. Now with our platform you can reserve access for all types of adventures and know that the ground is quality, and exclusively yours for the days you book. As we grow we continue to add more properties and make the experience better and better for both hunters, anglers, and landowners alike.

Infinite Outdoors is a booking platform and app. It isn't a lease broker or a place to find a hunting lease. Landowners list their property and set the dates and rules; members book access by the day and do their own hunting or fishing.
If you don't have a family ranch or a neighbor with ground to spare, private land has usually meant a season-long lease or a guided hunt. Infinite Outdoors adds a third option: a day on private ground you'd otherwise never get on. That fits weekend hunters, anglers chasing private water, and DIY hunters who want to try new country.
Because you book by the day, you can hunt one species in one state and another species somewhere else in the same season, without carrying a lease in either. To see how that looks for a single species, browse listings for Colorado elk hunting.
Landowners keep their own hunting rights and decide which dates are open, how many guests come and what the rules are. They also work with Infinite Outdoors staff to set harvest quotas and conservation metrics to improve the land year over year. If you own land and want to see how listing works, start at list your land.
Here's one booking, from the first search to the harvest report.

There are two parts to the price:

Access Granted is the Infinite Outdoors program that opens reserved crossing routes over private land to reach landlocked and hard to reach public land, all at no cost to the user. As of Oct 13, 2026, there are 12 routes: 7 in Colorado, 4 in Wyoming and 1 in Montana. Routes are for crossing only, with no hunting or camping on the private land you cross. All you need is a FREE Infinite Outdoors membership and you can reserve any Access Granted property.
See the current routes at infiniteoutdoorsusa.com/access-granted, and for the full background, read Landlocked Public Land: What It Is and How to Legally Reach It.
Every listing runs on the landowner's terms and is set up with the assistance of our staff biologists and landowner team. Landowners set the dates, the number of guests and the property rules, and they keep their own hunting rights. All properties are set with mandatory harvest quotas, rest days and have detailed conservation plans so ensure you are getting the best opportunity to be successful while you are there.
If you hunt or fish a handful of days a year, don't have a landowner connection, or want to try new country without signing a lease, the fastest way to find out if it fits is to look at real listings. Create an account, filter by your species and state, and check dates and prices. Try it out free for 7 day with our FREE TRIAL.
