MEMBER RULES VIOLATION FEE SCHEDULE

The following minimum fees apply on a per violation basis for any violation of the Member Rules (“Violation Fees”). Violation Fees are only applied when Infinite believes in good faith that a violation was committed, and Members agree to abide by the decisions of Infinite as to any Violation Fees or other amount(s) owed by a Member. Violation Fees are not in lieu of any other remedies available to Infinite or Owners or reimbursement to any damaged party, and they reserve all rights.

The fee schedule below lists the minimum applicable Violation Fees. Owners may impose increased or additional Violation Fees by clearly stating the applicable fee in the applicable Listing. The Member who makes the Reservation for any Trip agrees the Violation Fees for a violation of any Member Rules by such Member or anyone accompanying such Member on the Trip may, at Infinite’s election, be charged to any payment card on file for such Member or, at Infinite’s option, will be paid by such Member within five (5) days of any demand from Infinite.

MINIMUM FEE

Shooting animals other than the animals expressly allowed to be harvested per the Reservation

Two times (2x) the applicable Outdoorsman Fee applicable to a legal harvest of the same animal at the applicable Property.

$5,000 if the animal is a big game animal that was not legally allowed to be harvested at the Property.

Note poaching and other illegal harvest will be referred to law enforcement where applicable in Infinite’s sole discretion.

Leaving the geofenced boundary permitted for use of the Property

$500

Entering any Property on a day for which you do not have a Reservation for a Trip.

$500 and reported to law enforcement for trespassing

Operating weapons in an unsafe manner (as determined by Infinite), including but not limited to, pointing weapons towards people, livestock, buildings, vehicles, and similar structures or property, or discharging weapons within the range of the weapon from any person not party to the hunt and from any occupied building.

$100 fee if no actual damage to a person, livestock, or property

$1,000 fee for actual damage to people, livestock, or property, not including reimbursement for such damage and in addition to and not in lieu of any other remedy available in law or equity to Infinite, the Owner, and/or the injured party

Discharging weapons from inside or on a vehicle

$500

Trespassing on neighboring land or in areas reserved by the Owner

$500 and trespass is reported to law enforcement

Starting fires, including campfires, without the prior written permission of the Owner

$1,000

Exhibiting unnecessary violence toward animals, taking unethical shots, exhibiting any other inhumane treatment of any animals, or otherwise disrespecting the culture of responsible hunting, including any failure to reasonably search for and retrieve any wounded animal or any violation of Game and Fish Laws, in each case as determined by Infinite.
