INFINITE OUTDOORS CAMERA IMAGING ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the installation, operation, and use of conservation cameras deployed on Properties listed through the Infinite Outdoors, Inc. ("Infinite," "we," "us") Platform, including all cameras and associated hardware provided by Infinite in connection with its conservation camera program (each, a "Camera"), and all images, video, audio, telemetry, and related data captured by a Camera ("Camera Data"), including any feed, gallery, or display of Camera Data made available through the Platform (a "Camera Feed"). This AUP applies to all Owners who host a Camera, all Users who access Camera Data or a Camera Feed, and any other person who views, uses, or interacts with Camera Data through the Platform (collectively, "Users"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service and, for Owners, the Listing Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

Cameras are deployed on a range of Property types, including hunting and fishing properties, and this AUP applies regardless of property type or activity.

Camera Feeds operate continuously and are used for a range of purposes independent of hunting or fishing activity, including non-hunting wildlife observation, conservation and land management research, property security, and for compliance and verification purposes. Infinite and Owners may keep a Camera active and a Camera Feed available at any time, including during a period in which hunting of a particular species may be restricted or out of season, or when hunting is not occurring or not intended by a particular User. The continued operation of a Camera Feed for these independent purposes does not affect, and should not be understood to affect, a User's own obligation to comply with applicable Game and Fish Laws, as described in the Terms of Service (Section 4) and Section 5 below.

USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING AND COMPLYING WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO THEIR LOCATION AND ACTIVITY, INCLUDING ANY RESTRICTION ON CAPTURING, VIEWING, ACCESSING, OR USING CAMERA FEED CONTENT, INCLUDING IN CONNECTION WITH HUNTING. USERS MUST NOT CAPTURE, VIEW, OR USE ANY CAMERA, CAMERA DATA, OR CAMERA FEED IN ANY MANNER THAT WOULD VIOLATE APPLICABLE LAWS, INCLUDING GAME AND FISH LAWS. NEITHER INFINITE NOR ANY OWNER OR GUIDE UNDERTAKES TO ADVISE USERS ON THESE REQUIREMENTS AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF CAMERA DATA OR A CAMERA FEED IN ANY PARTICULAR MANNER OR AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME, INCLUDING OTHERWISE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT, WILL COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.

2. Prohibited Placement and Use of Cameras

2.1. A Camera may only be placed, aimed, and used for purposes consistent with the Platform's function: wildlife observation, land and property monitoring, scouting, or security.

2.2. A Camera may not be placed, aimed, or configured to intentionally capture: (a) the interior or entrance of any residence, cabin, restroom, changing area, or other space where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy; (b) the image or likeness of any specific, identifiable individual for the purpose of monitoring, tracking, or surveilling that individual's activities, rather than general land or wildlife activity; (c) neighboring property not listed on the Platform, except incidentally.

2.3. Owners are solely responsible for Camera placement and positioning in compliance with this AUP and all applicable law, including any state-specific requirements applicable to trail or game cameras or electronic surveillance devices or to notification of video recording. Infinite recommends that all Owners place signage at entrances to all Properties where Cameras are active notifying all people entering the Property, including Members, that Cameras are in use on the Property.

3. Prohibited Content

Regardless of how it is captured, all Owners and Users must ensure the following content is never uploaded, displayed, retained, or shared through the Platform:

3.1. Any image or video that depicts, or appears to depict, a minor in a sexual, exploitative, or abusive manner. Infinite has zero tolerance for this content. Any such content will be immediately removed, the associated account immediately suspended, and the matter reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and/or law enforcement as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and other applicable law.

3.2. Nudity, sexual content, or sexualized imagery of any person.

3.3. Content that harasses, threatens, or is intended to intimidate an identifiable individual.

3.4. Content that violates any person's reasonable expectation of privacy.

3.5. Content that is otherwise illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law.

4. Owner Responsibilities

4.1. Owners hosting a Camera agree to install, position, and maintain it in accordance with this AUP.

4.2. Owners may not disable, obscure, or tamper with any Camera feature intended to support compliance with this AUP, including timestamp, geolocation tagging, or connectivity features that allow Infinite to monitor Camera status.

4.3. Owners must promptly notify Infinite of any suspected Camera malfunction, tampering, or misuse, and of any content of which they become aware that may violate this AUP.

4.4. An Owner's compliance with this AUP is a condition of continued participation in the conservation camera program described in Section 2.5 of the Listing Agreement.

4.5. Owners are solely responsible for knowing and complying with any state, local, or federal law governing the use, placement, or operation of a Camera, including any Game and Fish Laws. This obligation is in addition to, and does not limit, the Owner's compliance obligations under the Listing Agreement.

5. Member and Viewer Responsibilities

5.1. Members and other Users may access a Camera Feed solely for personal, non-commercial scouting, land-access evaluation, and recreational purposes consistent with the Platform's intended use.

5.2. Members may not download, screenshot, republish, redistribute, or share Camera Feed content outside the Platform, except for personal use directly related to planning their own Trip.

5.3. Members may not use Camera Feed access to harass, dox, stalk, or identify any individual depicted in Camera Data.

5.4. Viewing a Camera Feed does not grant, and should not be understood to grant, any right to access, enter, or participate in recreational activity on the associated Property. Users remain solely responsible for obtaining any required reservation, permission, or license before accessing a Property, and for complying with all applicable Game and Fish Laws. For the avoidance of doubt, an Owner’s hosting of a Camera does not create any obligation or duty for the Owner to monitor the Camera Feed in real time, to review the Camera Feed for safety purposes, or to detect, prevent, or respond to incidents involving Members or other persons.

5.5. Users are solely responsible for their own compliance with any Applicable Laws governing their conduct in connection with a Camera Feed; this AUP governs content and Platform-use standards and does not limit or modify the separate legal compliance or indemnification obligations set out in the Terms of Service.

5.6. Regulations governing the use of trail or cellular camera data that are enforced by state game and fish departments and similar wildlife agencies vary significantly by state and can be strict. These regulations take different forms across jurisdictions, including restrictions tied to the type of camera or its transmission capability, the timing between viewing Camera Data and hunting, and, in some states, restrictions on the sale, purchase, or commercial distribution of conservation camera data itself.

6. Content Moderation and Curation

6.1. Infinite may, at its sole discretion, review, moderate, feature, de-feature, restrict, or remove any Camera Data or Camera Feed content, including in connection with any curated or platform-wide display (such as a discovery or highlight feed).

6.2. Infinite's decision to feature or display particular content does not constitute an endorsement or verification of that content's accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

6.3. Infinite does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or unaltered access to any Camera Feed.

6.4. Camera Feeds are automated and updated on a near real-time basis as Camera Data is captured and transmitted. Infinite does not, and cannot, review or screen Camera Data before it becomes viewable on a Camera Feed and Infinite does not monitor Camera Feeds on a continuous or real-time basis. Infinite does not guarantee that any particular activity will be captured, transmitted, or displayed, or that Camera Data will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or free of delay. Despite the standards set out in this AUP and Infinite's and Owners' reasonable efforts, Users may be inadvertently exposed to content that is inaccurate, unexpected, objectionable, or otherwise inconsistent with this AUP, and Infinite is not responsible for Camera Data that has not yet been reviewed, flagged, or removed under Section 7. A User views, or relies on, a Camera Feed subject to these risks.

6.5. Some jurisdictions independently regulate the sale, purchase, or commercial distribution of camera data related to particular species or hunting activity, separate from any restriction on an individual User's conduct. Infinite reserves the right to restrict, filter, condition, or exclude Camera Feed access to particular Properties, Cameras, or species by jurisdiction, at any time and without notice, as Infinite determines necessary or appropriate to comply with Applicable Law. Infinite will not be liable to any User or Owner for any resulting limitation on Camera Feed access.

7. Reporting Violations

7.1. Any User who becomes aware of content that may violate this AUP should report it promptly to support@infiniteoutdoorsusa.com.

7.2. Infinite will review reports made under this section and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, Camera deactivation, and account suspension or termination.

7.3. Reports involving apparent unlawful activity, including but not limited to assault, weapons violations, or the creation or distribution of child sexual abuse material, will be escalated and acted on immediately, consistent with Section 3.1.

8. Enforcement

8.1. Infinite may, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, remove content, deactivate or request removal of a Camera, and suspend or terminate a User's account for violation of this AUP.

8.2. Infinite reserves the right to report any suspected violation of law to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authority and to cooperate with any resulting investigation, including providing Camera Data and Camera Feeds to law enforcement.

8.3. These remedies are in addition to, and not in place of, any other rights or remedies available to Infinite under the Terms of Service, including the Listing Agreement, or applicable law.

9. Data Use and Retention

9.1. Camera Data is collected, used, and retained in accordance with Infinite's Privacy Policy.

9.2. Camera Data may be shared with Infinite's camera hardware and data partner as described in Infinite's Privacy Policy and applicable agreements, for the limited purposes disclosed there.

9.3. Infinite may disclose Camera Data, Camera Feed viewing or access records, or related account information to law enforcement, including state and federal wildlife agencies, in connection with an inquiry or investigation into a User's suspected violation of Applicable Laws, including Game and Fish Laws, consistent with Section 8.2. and Infinite's Privacy Policy.

10. Relationship to Other Policies; Changes

10.1. This AUP supplements, and should be read together with, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Listing Agreement, the Guide Agreement, and any additional terms posted to the Site or applicable to the Infinite Services, Guide Services, or any Listing. In the event of any conflict specifically regarding content or platform-use standards for Camera Data, this AUP governs; in the event of any conflict regarding legal compliance or indemnification, the Terms of Service governs.

10.2. Infinite may update this AUP from time to time as described further in Terms of Service.
